By accessing or using the Solana Beach Masonry website located at solanabeachmasonry.com, or by engaging Solana Beach Masonry for any contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website.
Solana Beach Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Solana Beach, CA, offering residential and commercial masonry services including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, retaining walls, driveways, walkways, and related structural masonry. The scope of services performed for any individual customer is defined by a written estimate or contract provided prior to the start of work.
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site inspection. Verbal estimates or ballpark figures discussed prior to an on-site visit are not binding. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, unless otherwise stated on the estimate.
Prices in a written estimate are firm for the scope of work described. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project that require additional work outside the original scope, we will notify you in writing and obtain your approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied to your project without your explicit written or verbal authorization.
Work dates are scheduled after you accept a written estimate. We will make reasonable efforts to begin work on the agreed date. Weather, permit delays, or other factors outside our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a delay occurs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor performed up to the point of cancellation. The specific terms for any deposit or cancellation fee will be stated in the written estimate or contract.
Payment terms are stated in each written estimate. A deposit may be required before work begins for larger projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the time period stated on the invoice may be subject to a late fee. If a payment dispute arises, please contact us directly so we can resolve it promptly.
For work that requires a building permit under local or state regulations, Solana Beach Masonry will apply for and obtain the required permits as part of the project. Permit fees are either included in the estimate or itemized separately. We will coordinate any required city or county inspections. You are responsible for providing access to the property for inspections as scheduled.
Solana Beach Masonry warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the project. Any specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - will be stated in the written estimate or completion documentation.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: soil movement, seismic activity, flooding, acts of nature, improper use of the completed work, or modifications made by anyone other than Solana Beach Masonry after project completion.
The website itself is provided on an "as is" basis. Solana Beach Masonry makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on this website. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that project.
